Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
Products are made by hand upon receipt of order. Some items may be returned or exchanged for a small handling fee. Custom and Personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you are not happy with your product, please contact me to discuss the issue. It is my intent to create a piece that you will be pleased to show off!
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund. If you ordered the wrong item or need to correct your order, please be sure to contact me within the 24 hour window to avoid additional charges.
Payment Policy
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Bespoke, Commission and Large (more than 10 pieces of a single item) orders may be subject to a 50% pre-payment. Please contact me to discuss before placing a large order.
Shipping Policy
Standard (non-custom) orders placed will be shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise communicated by me.
The default shipping carrier is USPS. If you require a different carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.,) please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order.
International orders may incur additional import taxes. Please contact your local postal office for details before placing an order.
All products are shipped from New Milford, CT, United States of America.
Storybrook Home Creations cannot guarantee date of delivery for any order; regardless of shipping carrier. Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, Storybrook Home Creations is no longer liable for date of delivery.
All Policies may be changed or altered at the need and desire of Storybrook Home Creations, after notification is sent to the affected customer.
